We will make every effort to address your concerns and find a suitable solution.
In the unlikely event that you encounter defective or incomplete Internship / Course content, please notify us within 30 days of enrolling by contacting our customer support team at support@tetratrion.com. We will investigate the issue and, if verified, work to provide you with access to the corrected or missing content.
As part of our commitment to your success, we offer internship and job opportunity placement services. However, securing an internship or job is subject to various factors beyond our control, including your skills, performance, and market conditions. We do not guarantee job placement upon Internship / Course completion.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your computer and internet connection meet the technical requirements necessary to access our Internship / Courses effectively. We cannot provide refunds due to technical limitations on your end. For an offline Internship program, ensure that you have your own laptop.
