1. Non-Refundable Fee
All fees paid for our offline, live and recorded Courses are non-refundable. Once you have made a payment, it is considered final and cannot be refunded. This policy is in place to maintain the quality and sustainability of our services and to ensure that our instructors and team can continue to provide valuable learning experiences to all our students
2. Course Content Satisfaction
We strive to offer Courses that meet and exceed your expectations. If you find that the Course content is not as described or if you encounter technical issues that hinder your learning experience, please contact our customer support team at support@tetraskills.in . Within 7 days of enrolling. We will make every effort to address your concerns and find a suitable solution
3. Defective or Incomplete Content:
In the unlikely event that you encounter defective or incomplete Course content ( In the case of Recorded or Pendrive courses), please notify us within 30 days of enrolling by contacting our customer support team at support@tetraskills.in . We will investigate the issue and, if verified, work to provide you with access to the corrected or missing content.
4. Internship/Job Opportunity Placement:
As part of our commitment to your success, we offer internship and job opportunity placement services. However, securing an internship or job is subject to various factors beyond our control, including your skills, performance, and market conditions. We do not guarantee job placement upon Internship / Course completion.
5. Technical Requirements:
It is your responsibility to ensure that your computer and internet connection meet the technical requirements necessary to access our Courses effectively. We cannot provide refunds due to technical limitations on your end. For an offline Internship program, ensure that you have your own laptop.
6. Cancellation of Courses by TetraSkills:
In the unlikely event that TetraSkills needs to cancel a Course, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued for the Course fee.
Refunded amount will be credited in 3-4working days in original payment mode.

Why no refunds?
We understand that sometimes things change and that students may need to change their minds about their educational goals. However, we believe that our mentorship programs offer a valuable learning experience that can help students to achieve their goals. We also believe that it is important for students to be able to explore different options and find the program that is right for them.
For these reasons, we do not offer refunds for our mentorship programs. However, we are happy to help students find the right program for their needs. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@tetraskills.in
What if I change my mind?
If you change your mind after registering for a program, you can still opt for a different program, within 5 sessions / 1 week of enrollment. We understand that sometimes things change, and we want to make sure that our students are happy with their choice.
